Manger

The Blessed Night of the Manger.

Little bit of hay ,water trough and buckets were the few things that the Manger had and it expected to shelter a few animals.This was the usual life of the Manger.But that night everything transformed.One big yes to Mother Mary and St.Joseph was the big yes to Almighty God and His plan .The water trough became the cradle and hay the bed for baby Jesus .The Manger that thought only of sheltering animals now had Messiah in it's bosom.The star shone brightly above it,the wise men were at it's door and shepherds stood in awe around it.

Often we are trying to make us able to welcome Jesus...and at times we get tired at this gigantic effort and then give up.But like the Manger God just wants us to say yes Lord come here into my heart.we may only have little bit of hay and water but He can bring the best out of it.So let's say to God -Yes .MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
